Majesty is pleased to announce that the Majesty 100 Terrace has been awarded the IFDM Award in the Yachting Category, presented on November 4th during the Wonder 100 Arabia gala dinner in Dubai Design District – a celebration dedicated to showcasing Middle Eastern design excellence. Hosted by IFDM (Interior Furniture Design Magazine) the event brought together leading international and regional designers, architects and creative figures, highlighting the Gulf’s growing influence in the global design and luxury landscape.
The accolade was handed over by the Italian design powerhouse Iris Ceramica, underscoring the international appreciation for Majesty’s contemporary design direction. Representing Majesty on stage was Hussein Alshaali, Head of Concept Design, who accepted the prestigious award during the ceremony.
Developed in collaboration with Phathom Studio, the Majesty 100 Terrace introduces a new interpretation of outdoor-centred living in the 30-metre superyacht segment. The yacht takes inspiration from the desire to expand open-air lifestyles, privacy and versatility – qualities often associated with much larger yachts. Building on the acclaimed Majesty 111 platform, the design rethinks the hull form, deck architecture and spatial flow to bring big-yacht comfort into a more agile footprint.
At the core of this evolution lies the Terrace concept: a series of elevated outdoor spaces including the fold-down balconies in the aft cockpit, the multiple terraces across the decks, and the striking private owner’s bow terrace with sweeping 270-degree panoramic views. These features were shaped by direct owner feedback, reflecting a growing preference for stronger connection to the sea, generous open-air social spaces, and secluded retreats that seamlessly integrate with interior living.
“The Majesty 100 Terrace reflects our ongoing pursuit of openness and harmony with the natural environment,” said Hussein Alshaali, Head of Concept Design at Gulf Craft, who accepted the award on stage. “We set out to create a soft contemporary interior with nature-inspired influences, using natural materials, organic textures and a warm, light-toned palette to evoke serenity. The refined detailing – from marble surfaces to walnut and oak veneers and brushed brass accents – introduces a quiet luxury, while the clean geometry and gentle lighting define a calm, spacious ambience. Ultimately, the seamless transition between interior and exterior living is what makes this superyacht so distinctive, and we are honoured that this approach resonated with the IFDM judges.”
Raquel H. Grijota, Co-Founder of Phathom Studio, added: “Phathom Studio approached the Majesty 100 Terrace as an opportunity to elevate the onboard experience, shaping open, flowing spaces that deepen the connection with the sea while offering refined comfort. We are honoured by IFDM’s recognition and proud to have collaborated with Majesty and Gulf Craft teams, whose craftsmanship brought the design to life.”
With its strong editorial footprint across global design markets, IFDM continues to highlight exceptional work in design, craftsmanship and innovation. The Wonder 100 Arabia gala underscores IFDM’s recognition of the Middle East’s dynamic creative industries, celebrating projects that embody heritage, innovation and a refined contemporary aesthetic – qualities exemplified by the Majesty 100 Terrace.
